With just a week left before the May 2nd voter registration deadline for the Pennsylvania primary, I’m reaching out personally to some of our most active supporters who haven’t donated yet. We’ve received a lot of support over the past few weeks heading into this deadline, but we’re still not where we’d like to be in hitting our goals to expand the electorate. 1. We are engaging and empowering young residents and those living in underrepresented and often neglected communities of color and immigrant communities year-round, canvassing, holding community and school events, and registration drives.


2. We are working with like-minded partners in these communities across Pennsylvania to expand the electorate in order to reflect our demographically changing population and make a better government that represents the values of all Pennsylvanians.


3. Most of all, we are providing education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods and mobilizing the electorate to vote in every election — twice a year.
