Performing Arts and Entertainment Professionals who identify as LGBTQ+ will have a welcoming and supportive environment to explore emotions about being LGBTQ+ in the entertainment industry and general workforce.

This four-session support group will focus on:
* Developing support amongst peers
* Identifying and sharing support resources and services
* Identifying and discussing workplace barriers for the LGBTQ+ community
* Discussing progress that has resulted from LGBTQ+ accomplishments in the workforce

All participants are required to introduce themselves to the group and keep their cameras on during the group session. However, group participants can share as little or as much as preferred.
