Friend – I'm writing to you today because the consequences of the upcoming election are dire. 

Mitch McConnell is ONE SEAT away from taking back the majority, and my dear friend Maggie Hassan is his top target. 

New Hampshire is a famously independent state, and Senator Hassan won her last race by just 1,017 votes! 

Will you join me in supporting Maggie’s decisive re-election by chipping in $5 to her campaign today?

Senator Hassan’s independent leadership helped carry COVID relief and the bipartisan infrastructure law over the finish line to President Biden’s desk. She led the charge to ban the practice of surprise medical billing. And when NH Republicans defunded Planned Parenthood, she delivered critical federal funding to family planning clinics in New Hampshire.

Maggie’s plan is to make sure Granite Staters can meet their family’s economic needs. Republicans refuse to tell us what their plan is. 

When the GOP was last in power, Mitch McConnell and his Republican senators tried repeatedly to strip millions of Americans of their health care. Their admitted priority was confirming hundreds of anti-choice judges at every level of our courts, cutting taxes for the rich, and attempting to undermine the 2020 election. 

Maggie’s priority is meeting the needs of families in the Granite State from Pelham to Pittsburg.  

We cannot allow Republicans to flip Maggie’s seat and take control of the Senate!

Let me be clear – we need to re-elect Maggie Hassan to continue making critical progress in the Senate. 

Granite Staters know that Maggie will fight tooth and nail to get things done for her constituents and all Americans. She’s a vital force for good in the Senate, and that’s why I’m stepping up to help re-elect her. 

REMEMBER: even with an infinitesimally slim majority, Maggie and her fellow Democrats delivered so much for American families. And that’s why I’m expanding my message beyond merely protecting our narrow U.S. Senate Democratic majority.  

We need to stay engaged and work together to EXPAND our Democrats’ majority – and that starts with re-electing Maggie Hassan. 

The math is simple: MORE Democrats = MORE progress. But it’s going to take ALL of us doing whatever we can to overcome voting restrictions and pundits’ predictions. We cannot afford to be complacent or discouraged.
