Yesterday, a federal judge in Florida followed the law and struck down the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) unconstitutional, unscientific, and frankly ridiculous transportation mask mandate. Our airline employees and passengers deserve to have this misery end once and for all.

This mandate was pure theater, and this and other mandates never had any basis rooted in science or data. That’s why Florida sued the CDC over this unlawful federal mask mandate, and today’s ruling marks the beginning of the end for Washington’s repeated power grabs and federal overreach.
