Elon Musk is threatening to buy Twitter—and his takeover could mean Donald
Trump's return to the platform.^1

Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook is rewarding extremist MAGA accounts known for
spreading misinformation and conspiracy theories.^2

And Jeff Bezos is sending in police to Amazon warehouses to arrest union
organizers and stop unionization campaigns.^3

These billionaires—who have more money than most countries in the
world—are a dangerous threat to democracy and often pay next to nothing in
taxes. 

As a first step to rein them in, we must fight for a billionaire's tax so
they pay their fair share. To show widespread support for taxing the

John, wealth inequality is a threat not only to democracy but
to basic human rights, here in the U.S. and across the world. 

The 22 richest men in the world have more wealth than all the women in
Africa combined.^4

As people across the world die from poverty and hunger, billionaires are
buying megamansions and blasting themselves off into space.

This is morally unconscionable. 

But perhaps worse is that our government is doing next to nothing to put a
stop to this despicable mass inequality. 

It's time to tax the billionaires.
