Today is the deadline for our opponents to submit their signatures to get on the ballot. When it’s all said and done, no matter who makes it on the ballot, we know that we’ll be running against a radical candidate.

Unlike Gov. Whitmer, our opponents are running on dangerous platforms rather than offering Michiganders clear plans to improve our infrastructure, keep our economic recovery strong, and fight for working families.

The candidates running against us have called Michigan State Police troopers “weak-kneed…underlings,” referred to Asians as “yellow,” and stated that women who are raped should not be able to have abortions because “God put them in this moment.”

We have a clear choice here. Gretchen Whitmer has boosted Michigan’s economy, put children and families first, and cut costs for hardworking Michiganders. We need to double down today to show we’re ready to win this race.
