Public College Prof. Convicted of Hiding Ties to China
under Trump Initiative Nixed by Biden DOJ
A Chinese public university
professor has been convicted of fraud for concealing ties to China’s
government thanks to a Trump initiative—recently nixed by the Biden
administration—designed to crack down on the Communist nation’s
pervasive theft of American-funded research. A federal jury found the
University of Kansas (KU) chemistry professor, Feng Tao, guilty of three
counts of wire fraud and one count of false statements for deliberately
concealing that he was also employed by a government-affiliated university
in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) while working on research funded
by the U.S. government.

Mexican Cartels Fly 9,000 Drone Flights into U.S. to
Surveil Law Enforcement Operations
Mexican drug cartels have
conducted more than 9,000 drone flights into U.S. airspace in the last year
to surveil American law enforcement and security operations in the southern
border region, a senior Homeland Security official told Judicial Watch this
week. The drones are observing federal, state, county, and city agencies
near the Mexican border, including the U.S. Border Patrol, Texas Department
of Public Safety, Texas National Guard, county sheriffs and local police.

has public ‘shame list’ of rebellious companies not reporting
diversity

Some of
the nation’s most famous corporations, including Lions Gate Entertainment
and Live Nation, have not reported compliance with
a California law that required boards of directors to meet a
diversity quota.
The law has just been declared unconstitutional by a Los Angeles judge, and
yet a “shame list” remains online for the public to scrutinize which
corporations have the most ethnic minorities on their boards.

Watch President Tom Fitton said the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ)
is being weaponized against opposing voices. Fitton’s group filed a
lawsuit against the DOJ recently to get documents connected to the
department’s election threat task force, after almost a year of no
response to their Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Fitton thinks
the DOJ has something they don’t want the public to know.
