Recently, we have seen multiple states work to limit abortion access. Like Oklahoma who made performing an abortion a felony carrying a sentence of up to ten years, and states like Arizona, Wyoming, and Texas enacting near-total bans on this lifesaving procedure.

If the conservative-majority Supreme Court moves to overturn Roe v. Wade, even more states will make it practically impossible to access reproductive health care. We need overwhelming majorities in Congress to do whatever it takes to protect reproductive rights at a federal level — and as a co-chair of recruitment at the DCCC, I’m helping lead the charge to elect more pro-choice members of Congress.
