It’s always interesting when Left-leaning publications and public figures acknowledge that gun control is a big fail, but it’s fun to point it out nonetheless.  The current CEO of the California District Attorneys Association recently commented that adding more restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms is utterly pointless.  And then the hard-Left-leaning Vice just admitted that Biden's new ghost gun rules will have “zero” impact on crime.  Although neither were interested in undoing the bad gun control policies, it's good to see a shift in the consistent narrative that more gun laws mean less crime – read more about it below.

Also, this week GOC will be at the Capitol providing testimony in strong opposition to AB 1621 which changes the definition of so-called precursor parts and bans the sale of any unserialized frame or receiver. SB 1384 is scheduled to be heard as well, which requires licensed firearms dealers to have a digital video surveillance system, burglary alarm system, a keyless entry system and mandates employee training and certification.  No bones about it – both are bad public policy and GOC will be there to defend the rights of the law-abiding gun owners of California.
