Governor DeWine Signs Bill Into Law
(COLUMBUS, Ohio)?Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed the following bill into law:?

House Bill 95, sponsored by Representative Susan Manchester and Representative Mary Lightbody, authorizes a nonrefundable income tax credit for beginning farmers who attend a financial management program, or to individuals and businesses that sell or rent farmland, livestock, buildings, and equipment to beginning farmers.
