Hello,

This week's edition will discuss developing humility, an analysis of IQ, race, and the economics of inequality also how to deal with your negative emotions.

Beyond Order: Rule VI (Abandon Ideology) - Page 178

Have some humility. Clean up your bedroom. Take care of your family. Follow your conscience. Straighten up your life. Find something productive and interesting to do and commit to it. When you can do all that, find a bigger problem and try to solve that if you dare. If that works, too, move on to even more ambitious projects. And, as the necessary beginning to that process… abandon ideology.

Monday Reflections

“One of the problems with being relatively wealthy if you are a parent is that you cannot provide your children with necessity.” (Share this on Twitter)

“There are so many ways that things can fall apart or fail to work altogether, and it is always wounded people who are holding it together.”

“There’s some real utility in gratitude. It’s also good protection against the dangers of victimhood and resentment.”

How To Deal With Negative Thoughts & Emotions | Jordan B. Peterson

Dr. Peterson:
"The first thing I would do if you're highly emotional with a lot of mood variation is to see if there's something wrong with you physically. You might be ill because illness can do that to people, so you should get yourself checked out. The next thing I would check out is making sure you're not hungry."
