Open to learn how we can build political power for Iranian Americans

Hi John,

Today we're officially launching NIAC and NIAC Action Academies.

For the past few months, our team has mentioned the launch of an upcoming initiative as a part of our 20th-anniversary celebrations, and we're excited to finally share what we've been up to.

We're always trying to build political power for Iranian-American issues but have not reached our full potential for political power as our community too often continues to be subject to harmful policies, systemic indignities, and discrimination. Solving this problem starts with empowering the next bench of leaders.

That's why we're building the next generation of Iranian American political leaders through NIAC and NIAC Action Academies, which will provide dedicated trainings, fellowships, and support for Iranian Americans to run for office and win, work in Congress and federal agencies, manage political campaigns, and organize our community locally for political change.

We're preparing the next generation of Iranian-American changemakers by placing 100 Iranian American leaders into civic jobs in the heart of our nation's capital.

Our mission from the very beginning has been to get more Iranian Americans a seat at the table where decisions are being made, and through this program, we can ensure that more people in our community are pulling up a seat or, better yet, heading the table.

Will you consider contributing to this initiative so we can invest in future Iranian American leaders?
