I wanted to wish everyone who celebrated this weekend — whether it was
Easter, Passover, or Ramadan — a blessed and happy holiday.

It's a rarity to have these major Abrahamic holidays all occur at the same
time. As my family and I celebrated the hope, light, and spirit of Jesus'
resurrection on Easter, I had the chance to think about our future — and
reflect on the hope I have for what we can do to make it better. As
siblings in humanity, I'm so excited about all the work we can do together
for good. We have a chance to fix broken systems, restore justice, and
create real equity.

Whether or not you celebrated this weekend, I hope you and your loved ones
continue to stay safe and healthy. I'm glad to have you in this fight for
the future of our democracy!
