Unlike Joanna, however, many young and older adults are not as fortunate. More than 85 percent of autistic adults are unemployed - despite many having the ability and willingness to work. Last year, Autism Speaks created Workplace Inclusion Now™ (WIN), an employment system that connects and supports jobseekers with autism, communities and employers.
