Weight bias is toxic, harmful and extremely widespread. The first step to overcome weight bias is to acknowledge it exists in our world today. By creating an inclusive environment, we can build a better world free of weight bias. Weight-based discrimination still costs some Americans their jobs because om most states there are no clear laws against it. She says, “Employers reflect society.
