A joint fundraising committee run by Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz paid Trump's legal advisor at least $25,000 within the last seven months.

Here’s the deal: National embarrassments Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz formed a joint fundraising committee which they used to funnel at least $25,000 to disgraced Trump legal advisor John Eastman. Eastman is one of the lawyers who worked hand in hand with the radical right to try and overturn the 2020 election results.

And when asked about the nature of the payments: Marjorie Taylor Greene’s campaign completely avoided the question and attempted to deflect  - raising some serious questions about why exactly they were shelling out thousands to Eastman in the first place.

This is just yet another instance of questionable ethics by failed Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. It’s clear that she has no business holding elected office and that she’s primarily using her role to support disgraced lawyers who are working to undermine our democracy.
