Did you see the news this week? New laws in Texas and around the country are being passed to criminalize abortion, and a woman who had a miscarriage in Texas was even charged with murder, making headlines! While that one story turned out to be an erroneous prosecution by Texas officials and the murder charge was dropped, the damage has been done.

Let’s not forget that Republican state lawmakers around the country could actually criminalize abortion to this extent if the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade this summer.

So, in preparation for that moment, Team Lucy McBath has a one-question survey for you, John: Do you believe that states around the country should be able to criminalize abortion?
