This legislation will overhaul and modernize the U.S. Postal Service, and it passed with the support of every single Democrat in the House and Senate. This will stabilize the USPS financially, ensuring it can endure as a vital part of American life.

"The Postal Service is central to our economy and central to rural America," Biden said at a White House ceremony.

We’ve saved the USPS despite Republican attacks, but our ability to continue to make progress requires us to maintain (or even expand) our majorities in the House and Senate.
