Hey John,

I’m happy to report that my career is going really well lately. I spent a lot of time this last week on one of the major movie studio lots. It was for something I can’t talk about in detail yet, but I can tell you that Jimmy Fallon, Vin Diesel, and The Rock are heavily involved. Okay fine, I was just at Universal Studios for a friend’s birthday. But still it felt like I was in the movies!

That friend is comedian Justine Marino, the host and creator of The Funny Dance Show on E! and my frequent special guest and improv partner on GLEIB OFF THE TOP. But she actually got her start in show business as a tour guide at Universal. And she’s kind of obsessed with it. (Pix below). I’ve always wanted to go there with her to experience it through her eyes. (It was the same.)

Because she used to work there we got front of the line passes, but still didn’t do that many rides, because I kept stopping us to eat food and ice cream. In all I think I made 5 food stops and 3 ice cream stops. (It sounds like less food if you break it into categories. Or does it not? I don’t care really. All this food talk is making me hungry.)
