John,
We’ve NEVER seen something this overtly evil.
Two states are about to vote on bills that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER a helpless baby is born. This is sick.
Fact-checkers tried to shut down our legal arguments, but now even the legislature’s legal analysis agrees with us. We can DEFEAT the abortion industry. We know the abortion lobby worships at the altar of abortion. It’s trying to make Roe v. Wade PERMANENT in every state and through Congress, even if the Supreme Court overrules Roe. And now infanticide.
We're directly engaged in nearly 50 legal and legislative actions in 28 states to defend life and defeat Planned Parenthood – with looming deadlines next week. Tax Day is in JUST TWO DAYS, and President Biden is about to force you to directly fund abortion with your tax dollars.
Now we face a major challenge. Each of these monumental cases requires immense resources. But we're short of our critical goal.
We urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. TODAY, your Tax-Deductible gift will be DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge as we fight to save babies from infanticide.

Fact-checkers tried AND FAILED to discredit our legal work. Now California’s pro-abortion-majority committee legal analysis has confirmed the bill’s language could lead to this “undesirable conclusion . . . including the death of a newborn for any reason during the ‘perinatal’ period after birth.” That's infanticide.
Who will HELP us defend babies?

Legislature Confirms Infanticide Bill’s 'Undesirable Conclusion.'
Even now as we wait for the most monumental pro-life decision in a decade which could overturn Roe, the ACLJ is actively engaged in nearly 50 legislative and legal actions across 28 different states, to defend the unborn and decimate Planned Parenthood.

Tomorrow, many of us will gather with family and friends to attend Easter services and celebrate the risen Savior, Jesus Christ, who has freed us from bondage. But we should also pray for those around the world who remain in chains, suffering. Human trafficking is an evil act committed by soulless criminals who exploit vulnerable human lives for financial gain.
We just filed critical Universal Periodic Review (UPR) reports to the U.N. detailing the scourge of human trafficking currently plaguing FOUR nations.

Apparently, chocolate bunnies are ok, but Bibles are contraband this Easter.
An atheist group accused a Veterans Affairs medical center gift shop of violating the Constitution by including Bibles alongside bunnies and other goodies in its Easter display.
The Bibles and other religious literature were quickly removed, but we just sent the VA a legal letter explaining that they had committed no violation and the Bibles should be returned immediately.

This Holy Week, we must remember Christians facing unthinkable persecution. Former Secretary of State and ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo details how in Nigeria, in less than a year, “nearly 5,000 Christians were killed and thousands were kidnapped and held for ransom.” We MUST take action.
