Pennsylvanians deserve leaders who’ll protect their rights to vote, John.

Will you join Chris in support of defending our democracy and advancing voting rights legislation like John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act today?

As a voting rights lawyer, Chris is ready to fight in Congress for our fundamental freedoms and the right to vote, just as he’s done throughout his career.

The Pennsylvania GOP, however? They’ve done a complete 180 on mail voting in the last 3 years.

In 2019, they stood behind Act 77 — a critical bipartisan law that gave every PA voter the ability to request a mail-in ballot to vote. And in 2020, the GOP-controlled legislature again supported vote by mail to allow people to safely and securely cast their ballots during the pandemic.

But since Democrats won the state in 2020, the radical right has fought vote by mail … all the way up to the Commonwealth Court, which struck down the mail voting law. (Fortunately, the PA Supreme Court has put that decision on hold.)

Why the change of course? Because the right wing knows their policies are deeply unpopular across the Commonwealth, and higher voter turnout means they’re more likely to lose.

We must elect leaders like Chris — who’ll fight for our rights in Congress and work to end the roll back of some of our most basic rights.

Add your name now to our voting rights petition to show your support for the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act.
