Hey gang,

My opponent, Senator John Cornyn, has nearly $11 million to spend on this race. I don't need to tell you that's a lot of money. And you can bet he'll have more special interest and corporate PAC money pouring in throughout this race. I hope you'll let me explain why it's so important we hit our November goal, but if you just want to rush in a donation now, you can do that here:

The good news is, I have this team in my corner. Here's how your support will help win this campaign:

-Fueling my travel all across Texas to meet voters and hear what matters to them
-Running online ads to spread our vision of a Texas that works for all of us
-Hiring staff and organizing the grassroots team we need to beat Senator Cornyn

I answer to Texans, not the special interests -- that's why I'm not taking any money from corporate PACs. So I am counting on this grassroots team to help meet every goal. Texas will be the largest battleground state in the country, and we need to be prepared to run the kind of campaign it will take to win it.

Our November deadline is just around the corner, and folks will be tuning out soon for Thanksgiving. WIll you pitch in now to help us stay on track to hit this critical goal?

Thanks, gang.
