One year ago, I officially launched my campaign to defeat Ron Johnson, flip Wisconsin’s Senate seat blue, and expand our Democratic majority. Whether you’ve been with us since the very beginning or just recently joined — I am so grateful for every single person who has gotten us this far.
I would like to take a moment to share some of the accomplishments I’m most proud of in our campaign for U.S. Senate. My hope is that they’ll make you proud, too.
Ours was the first campaign in the race to receive grassroots donations from all 72 counties in Wisconsin — and we just reported our best fundraising quarter yet! That’s remarkable, and it means we’re working hard to grow and sustain our momentum in this race.
From Superior to Kenosha and everywhere in between, we’ve hosted roundtable discussions, meet and greets, and other grassroots events all over the state to share our message directly with voters. It’s clear our message is resonating.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out comprehensive policy plans focused on reinvigorating our rural communities, reining in Big Pharma, and cutting costs for working families across the board.
We also launched our first TV ads of the campaign, and generous contributions from supporters like you have helped us keep them on the air. That’s critical to our success in this race, and I can’t thank our grassroots donors enough for chipping in when they can. It means the world to me.
The most recent head-to-head poll shows that I'm the only Democrat who can defeat Ron Johnson. And The Washington Post agrees — reporting that I’m "the best chance to rid the Senate of Ron Johnson."
Wisconsin will determine Senate control, but beating a two-term incumbent with the full support of Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and special interests will not be easy. I'm not taking a dime from corporate PACs. Instead, I'm relying on supporters like you to help us keep going strong.
This grassroots team has been by my side for the last year, and I'm hoping I can continue to count on your support during the final months of this campaign. So, I'm personally asking:
Will you make your first grassroots donation to our U.S. Senate campaign today? I’m in this Senate race to fight for Wisconsin families — Ron Johnson is only in it for himself. With your help, we can defeat him, flip this seat, and expand our Democratic majority.

Thank you so much for the support you've shown me over the last year. Together, we'll be able to defeat Ron Johnson in November.
Forward!
