We knew that there would be gun lobby pushback to Biden’s ghost gun regulation, but we didn’t think it would be this unbelievable. 

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and other NRA-backed Senators just announced a resolution to prevent President Biden’s rule finally classifying “ghost guns” as the firearms we know they are. That means these deadly weapons would remain unregulated and untraceable – no serial numbers, background checks, or training necessary. 

Cruz is supporting his resolution with false claims of “anti-gun sentiment” and spewing NRA talking points about the Second Amendment. But the fact is, ghost guns are real guns and their continued unregulated proliferation will put real lives at risk.

This is gun lobby puppetry 101, John. Our country does not need more of these homemade, deadly weapons in our streets. We need to show Ted Cruz and his NRA-cronies that this is NOT what the American people want. Can you help us prove it?
