We are excited to announce some of our speakers:

Congresswoman Susan Wild, who represents the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania, will present our keynote address. She was an early co-sponsor of the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act and the first from the Mid-Atlantic region.

Delaware’s Senator Chris Coons, a climate champion in Congress who has initiated the bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus in the Senate with Indiana’s Senator Mike Braun, will present a video welcome message and appear in person if his schedule permits.

Mike Tidwell is the founder and director of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the impacts and solutions associated with global warming in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

CCL’s Vice President for Programs Madeleine Para will join us throughout the conference, and Vice President for Government Affairs Daniel Richter will provide DC legislative updates, with plenty of time for Q&A.

About the venue:
The conference is being held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, a beautiful facility in Wilmington’s vibrant and convenient Christina riverfront area. The conference center is located just off Interstate 95 (with free and ample parking) and a mile from Wilmington’s Amtrak station.
