Today marks one year since Congressmen Mondaire Jones, Jerry Nadler, and Hank Johnson, alongside Senator Ed Markey introduced the Judiciary Act of 2021 to expand the Supreme Court by adding four seats.

Since then, the Court has only further demonstrated the urgent need for reform by working overtime to undermine our rights and dismantle our democracy.
In just the last year, the right-wing Court has gutted the Voting Rights Act, effectively outlawed abortion in Texas, revived cruel Trump-era immigration policies, made it harder for working people to organize, and so much more.
