We just uncovered some very troubling news.  Over the last two decades, the China Communist Party has paid researchers and scientists based here in the United States to send taxpayer-funded research back to China.  It is appalling and unacceptable that American tax dollars are helping China’s economy and military, and I need your help to stop it.

Earlier this week, my Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI) released a report detailing that over 7,000 experts here in the United States are essentially on the Chinese government payroll.   This “Thousand Talents Plan” is a coordinated effort to undermine our military and economic superiority, and for years, the United States has failed to have develop a comprehensive strategy to address it.
