Dear John,

Zoo Awareness Weekend is offically here!

Easter weekend is one of the busiest for zoos, mobile zoos and aquariums. To counter that, every year we raise awareness about the animals who are suffering in these awful places.

This year we are focusing on mobile zoos and the thousands of animals they exploit for human entertainment.

Read more here about the problems with mobile zoos:

Here's what you can do:

Report it!

We need your help to locate mobile zoos around the UK. And now we have a brand new tool where you can report a mobile zoo event to us!

Let us know:

  • where and when the event is taking place
  • who the event is aimed at, is it at a library, school, children’s party, or an event for adults like a birthday party?
  • how many people are at the event
  • how many animals or which species are at the event
REPORT A MOBILE ZOO

Ban it!

You can also contact your local councillors and ask them to consider introducing a motion to prohibit mobile zoos from using publicly owned land.

LOBBY YOUR COUNCIL

Promote it!

Raise awareness for animals in mobile zoos by ordering our free campaign leaflets. Hold an awarensss event, a protest or a stall at an event. Or do a door-drop posting leaflets in your neighbourhood.

ORDER MATERIALS

Fuel the fight!

You can make a donation to help us further expose mobile zoo cruelty and fight for animal freedom!
