Last weekend, we hosted our 2022 volunteer kick-off meeting and were
absolutely overwhelmed by the support!

This community turned out in full force! We heard from Cori about our
movement for real change and the stakes this election. Together, we
discussed the importance of our organizing work to ensure we can continue
pushing for bold solutions like Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and
the People’s Response Act in Congress.

We also talked about the challenges we face in this election: Our
opponents will have millions in corporate-PAC donations to spend on attack
ads and we know that the far-right media will spray their racist messaging
to belittle our movement.

Winning is going to take all of us working together to lift up Cori’s
message for bold change and make sure our voices are heard this election.

With less than four months until Election Day, we are investing in hiring
organizers, training volunteers, and having as many face-to-face
conversations with voters about Cori's vision for transforming politics as
possible.

We made history and elected the first Black woman to represent Missouri in
Congress in 2020 — but with seven opponents this cycle, we can't take
anything for granted.

There are a lot of expenses ahead of us to organize our movement. So by
giving today, you're directly helping power on-the-ground work in St.
Louis to keep Cori in Congress.
