There are 30,000 veterans living in D.C. Those 30,000 veterans bravely served our country but they don’t have equal voting representation in our democracy. 

That’s not right, John.

I’m a big believer in the Golden Rule to treat others the way you want to be treated. 

The denial of equal voting representation for 30,000 veterans and hundreds thousands more Washingtonians goes against the Golden Rule and it goes against our nation’s democratic principles.

We have the opportunity to right that wrong and make D.C. our 51st state. We need to keep the momentum for D.C. statehood going. Will you help?
