Today, my husband stood to protect Florida’s most vulnerable – the unborn. Just moments ago he signed legislation to protect unborn babies from abortion when the child reaches 15 weeks of gestational age. Today’s bill signing cements his promise to protect every Floridian who cannot defend themselves.
In Florida, we believe in the sanctity of life, and as the parents of three children under 5, we know firsthand that each little life is a miracle from God.
Governor DeSantis is the most pro-life, pro-family governor in America, and the signing of this bill into law confirms that.
My husband and I are fighting together to ensure that from a baby’s first heartbeat, to their first doctor’s appointment, to walking into an elementary school for the first time that they should have every opportunity to meet their maximum potential.
