friend,

In 2020 (the most recent data we have), the average CEO pay was 351 times that of the median worker -- and many of them achieved it by rigging the system in their favor. While working families have struggled throughout the pandemic, top executives have gotten richer.

But workers are essential, and businesses don’t run without them. Over the last year, we’ve seen employees stand up in record numbers to fight for workplace protections and a fair contract. And I’m proud to fight alongside them by advocating for workers in Congress.

From championing the right to organize your workplace to working towards greater CEO pay transparency and regulation in Congress, I’m proud to advocate for working families. Will you stand with me? [[link removed]]

This isn’t going to be an easy fight. Big corporations pour millions of dollars into maintaining the (rigged) status quo, but they can’t intimidate me into backing down.

I’ll keep working, but if we’re going to win this, we’ll need all hands on deck. Are you with me? [[link removed]]

Thanks, Nydia
