John, this is a very dark day for Florida. Governor DeSantis just signed a law banning most abortions in Florida after 15 weeks, with almost no exceptions.

It’s absolutely clear: GOP-led legislatures will continue attacking reproductive freedom unless Congress takes action.

Last year, I voted for legislation in Congress to protect access to safe and legal abortion care everywhere in the United States by codifying the protections established by Roe v. Wade.

But Republicans have prevented this bill from becoming law. John, join me in calling for swift federal action to protect reproductive freedom for every American:
