Putin's horrific invasion pushed energy prices to historic highs—all while enriching fossil fuel companies and forcing American families to pay astronomical prices at the pump.

As long as we remain dependent on fossil fuels, America's economy will be vulnerable to the whims of petro-dictators like Putin. No matter how much oil and gas we extract domestically, they'll always have the power to influence prices.

Americans have had enough. Over two-thirds of voters agree that in light of the Russian invasion, America should invest in domestic clean energy production.

The climate investments in the reconciliation bill will accelerate the clean energy transition, reduce U.S. demand for fossil fuels, protect working families from price spikes, cut off petro-dictators like Vladimir Putin, and cut pollution to avert the worst consequences of climate change.
