Despite what people like Tucker Carlson tell you, there are not two sides to the story of Russia’s war on Ukraine. It IS a story of good and evil. All you have to do is look at the massacre of civilians in Bucha, the missile strike on Kramatorsk railway station, or the countless other atrocities being committed by Russian forces across Ukraine to see it clearly.

Here is the truth:

I am just so tired of the lies and disinformation coming from the right on the war in Ukraine, and that is why I am doing everything I can to fight back on television and with anyone who will listen.

I am sick and tired of the far-right in this country cheerleading for authoritarians and driving up hyper-partisanship to divide us on matters as fundamental as war and peace. They undermined our ability to deter this conflict, and they have disrupted our efforts to help Ukraine. They have blood on their hands.

And I am sick and tired of Republicans in this country getting off without accountability for voting against impeaching former President Trump when he withheld hundreds of millions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine in an attempt to extort the announcement of a baseless investigation into Trump’s primary rival in the 2020 presidential elections, current President Joe Biden.

Donald Trump did that.

I heard the call.

And only one Republican voted against impeachment.
