We can’t let ideologues erase biological sex from the law.
Friend,
What is a woman? For time immemorial, the public has commonly defined woman’ as an adult, human, female. One does not need a degree in biology to understand this.

“I am not a veterinarian, but I know what a dog is.”
– British Feminist Kellie-Jay Keen

Sadly, over the past several years, radical gender ideologues have sought to redefine what it means to be female and to define womanhood as a subjective state unrelated to biological sex.

This not only causes legal confusion, it has significant real world consequences.

We can’t fight sex discrimination if we can’t agree on what it means to be a woman. And we can’t collect accurate data regarding public health, medicine, education, crime, and the economic status of women if we redefine sex to mean ‘gender identity.’ The Women’s Bill of Rights can help.

The Women’s Bill of Rights does not create new rights or entitlements. It simply codifies basic sex-based terms and current jurisprudence regarding single-sex programs and facilities. In short, it recognizes that, while men and women are equal, we are not the same. And it ensures that, when it comes to sex discrimination, Americans are at least speaking the same language.

Stand for common sense, for science, and for women.

We know what a woman is. We know what a female is. We know what a mother is. Our politicians and our laws should too.
Friend,
please add your name in support of the Women’s Bill of Rights and stand up for equal opportunity, for science, and for common sense. ([link removed])

Thanks for your help,
Jennifer
