Hey friend,
I’m the only Democrat standing up for Iowa’s values in Washington, D.C. I have friends on both sides of the aisle from states across the nation, but it sure would be nice to have someone fighting for Iowa with me.
That’s why I’m so excited to join my future coworkers and fellow Democrats on Saturday, April 30th for the Liberty and Justice Celebration. Not only will we be able to get more things done for Iowans, I’ll finally have some home-state friends in D.C. that will appreciate my corny jokes about Iowa (see what I did there? 🌽).
Plus, I’m bringing along one of my favorite people in Congress – Congressman Colin Allred from Texas! Not only is he an incredible legislator, but he’s also a stand-up guy. He was the first U.S. Representative to take paternity leave, making him well-versed in dad jokes and one-liners.
