This week marks the anniversary of Justin Trudeau becoming the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. With lots of hope and hard work since then, we've made incredible progress together, like lifting hundreds of thousands of kids out of poverty with the Canada Child Benefit, building thousands of new, affordable homes as part of Canada’s first-ever National Housing Strategy, and making it no longer free to pollute anywhere in Canada by putting a price on pollution – and there’s still so much more to do!

Last week, Justin Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland unveiled our plan to continue to grow the economy and make life more affordable. Budget 2022 lays out the path ahead to make housing more affordable, create good middle class jobs, strengthen public health care, continue to move forward on reconciliation, and so much more.
