John,

I know it can be tough to keep track of everything the NDRC and our affiliates are doing, so I wanted to lay it all out for you. I won't lie – it's a heck of a lot of work! But there's nothing I'd rather be doing, because the issues we’re dealing with are fundamental to the functioning of our democracy.

I hope you'll take a look at the graphic below, and if you think what we're doing is important, please give whatever you can to help the NDRC keep going strong.

In the states
We're on the ground in states like Florida working to stop the GOP from gerrymandering
We're working with citizens and advocates to demand fairness in our elections

In the courts
We're defending fair maps from Republican attacks
Our affiliates are supporting voters who are challenging GOP gerrymanders
Our affiliates are also responding rapidly to court decisions on gerrymandering, including SCOTUS's problematic rulings

Redistricting reform
We're supporting citizen-led efforts to reduce partisanship in redistricting
We're supporting efforts at the federal level to end partisan gerrymandering and voter suppression

Public education and mobilization
We're educating the public about the importance of fair redistricting
We're engaging citizens in redistricting and mobilizing them to oppose rigged maps

Elections
We're supporting candidates who support fair maps
We're opposing Republican attempts to elect officials who will green light gerrymandering
We're fighting GOP dark money in the midterm elections

John, we have a comprehensive and multi-faceted strategy, and we’re seeing results. AP recently reported that “Democrats make surprising inroads in redistricting fight.” Can you pitch in today to help the NDRC keep executing our winning strategy?
