Elise Stefanik has shown us that she will work to suppress the advancement of LGBTQ+ rights. I am running for Congress to continue fighting for the LGBTQ+ community and other communities that are similarly under attack until we all receive the full equality guaranteed by the Constitution and America’s founding principles.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I take Stefanik’s actions personally. When I came out as gay in 2005, my small town of Whitehall, NY accepted and embraced me. We work together – regardless of party – to keep our communities strong.

Stefanik has demonstrated time and again that she doesn’t care about her constituents — especially those of us in the LGBTQ+ community — because she cares only about herself.

I need your support to stop her. Will you please contribute to our campaign?

First – She voted against the Equality Act – proposed bipartisan legislation that would prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, sex, and gender identity

Then – She has attacked the trans community and dropped her support of the so-called “Fairness For All Act,” the GOP’s counterpart to the Equality Act that masquerades as anti-discrimination legislation, but actually isn’t.

What’s more – The GOP, a party she helps lead, has filed a record 200 bills targeting LGBTQ+ protections, which would have devastating impacts, especially on LGBTQ+ youth.

I am committed to supporting and protecting my fellow LGBTQ+ Americans. Elise Stefanik is not.
