Right-wing PACs get nervous when they see lawmakers working across the aisle. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  [link removed] Friend,

Small businesses make the fabric of our communities. So when the pandemic hit, Congress promised to help restaurants, bars, and other small businesses survive the crisis.

We delivered relief to thousands of them, but there weren’t enough funds to go around. Many small businesses were left in the cold.

That's why, last week, my House colleagues and I passed a $55 billion relief package to help hard-hit small businesses recover. We're paying for it with money clawed back from businesses that wrongfully took federal aid last year.

I've been working on this legislation for months, and I'm proud that it garnered support from Democrats and Republicans. But dark money groups and right-wing PACs get nervous when they see lawmakers working across the aisle -- and they'll spend millions between now and November to try to unseat me.

So I'm personally asking: Will you chip in to my re-election campaign before our mid-month deadline on Friday? Your contribution will directly fuel our door-knocking and other voter outreach efforts we have planned for the spring. [link removed]

Every time a small business closes, the effects ripple through so many lives. Neighbors lose a gathering place. People lose jobs. Suppliers lose a customer. A community loses a source of pride. It's only right that we do what we can to prevent those losses during a pandemic.

Yet the majority of House Republicans have voted against relief for small businesses throughout the COVID-19 crisis. They'd rather serve their corporate donors, because they can't run a campaign without them.

I don't take a dime from corporate PACs or special interests. I answer only to supporters like you, and a grassroots contribution of $50 or $100 can go a long way, especially as we start our door-knocking efforts later this month.

So I'm humbly asking: Will you chip in before Friday's mid-month deadline? [link removed] CONTRIBUTE » [link removed]
