Folks, we just can’t seem to catch a break.
I’ll spare you the boring details, but the bottom line is that the GOP is
spending more than $4.5 million just this week on TV and radio ads, so
we’re going to have to increase our FEC fundraising goal a bit.
And by a “bit” I mean $25,000.
That means our already substantial $50,000 goal is actually $75,000—and
because this is the final FEC filing before the primary, this is a
make-or-break goal.
We’d nearly hit the original $50,000 goal, but now we’re scrambling to
scrape together the remaining $25,000 before midnight, or we’re sitting
ducks for GOP attacks.
