When I announced my campaign to unseat Kevin McCarthy, I made a promise that I would be present in this community. That means checking in with supporters about our shared priorities. My opponent Kevin McCarthy never made that promise -- and if he did, he's broken it at every turn.

There's a lot of important policy being considered in Congress: Legislation to ban Members of Congress from trading stocks is on the table. Work is being done to stop fossil fuel companies from price gouging.

Where's McCarthy been? Defending Trump, propping up the worst elements of his party, and attending fundraisers to oust Liz Cheney for defying him. I kid you not.

Needless to say we are doing things differently. As we inch closer to the June Primary, I want to get your take on what's important. What do you think we should be focused on? Please take my one-minute survey.
