Team, I want to take a moment to re-introduce myself.

My name is Morgan McGarvey. I was born in Louisville. I’m raising my family in Louisville. And I’m running for Congress to be a progressive leader for Louisville.

I’m in this race because I believe that we need leaders who stand up for our progressive values and know how to build coalitions to get big things done.

That’s the attitude I have taken to the Kentucky State Senate, where I’ve fought for reproductive rights, defended LGBTQ+ communities, and demanded better wages and protections for Kentucky workers.

And speaking from experience: If we want to hold Louisville’s congressional district, we have to step up and show everyone – from Republican Super PACs raising record amounts to political pundits who have already assumed that Democrats will lose the House – that people in Louisville are fired up to protect the only blue district in Kentucky.
