John– in the dead of night, a judge sided with the GOP establishment's desperate and meritless attempt to remove me from the ballot. This decision is blatantly partisan and undermines the bipartisan panel that already ruled in FAVOR of our campaign's right to be on the ballot. The entire lawsuit against us is bogus – more than 5,000 Iowans said they wanted a chance to vote for our campaign!

Make no mistake: The GOP establishment is launching an all-out assault on our democracy – and it's no secret why.

You see, the GOP is absolutely terrified of our campaign. They've seen the polling numbers showing that Sen. Grassley is facing record-low approval ratings. They've seen the data that showed only 27% of likely voters want to reelect him to an eighth term. But more than anything else, they've seen the unprecedented grassroots enthusiasm on the ground for our campaign.

The GOP knows that Sen. Grassley is vulnerable and that if we win here, Democrats will be virtually guaranteed to maintain our Senate majority.
