N.D. National Guard Soldiers serving at southern border rescue migrants
“We are deeply grateful to these North Dakota National Guard Soldiers for performing truly lifesaving work as they support the efforts to secure the southern border," Burgum said. “Their courage and commitment to helping others in their time of need is incredible. Our National Guard Soldiers are the best in the nation and continually live up to their motto of ‘Always Ready, Always There.’”
Representatives from several state agencies including the Governor’s Office, North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) and the Department of Emergency Services gathered Friday to review the framework for responding to a potential major cybersecurity incident.
“All North Dakota residents have a strong pride for their communities – whether that be their way of life, their local sports team, a local cafe, the hardware store or their favorite park,” Gov. Burgum said. "Each community must find its differentiator to continue to attract and retain workforce.”
