Ron Hanks, a GOP candidate vying to replace Sen. Michael Bennett in the U.S. Senate, unexpectedly won a spot on the primary ballot, getting 39% of the delegate vote at the state assembly. Meet Ron Hanks, who has a 50/50 chance of challenging Bennett in November:
