There has been some confusion about volunteering to staff the compost table at the Herndon Farmers Market using Sign Up Genius as it only allowed people to sign for May.

We are looking for people to commit to work from May through October. If you are unable to commit to working each month, for the 6 month period, please indicate which months you will be available to volunteer and which shift you would prefer working.

We are looking for 2 people to work each shift. The shifts are 8am to 10:15am and 10:15am to 12:30pm. If you would like to work more than one shift ie: 8 to 12:30 please indicate that as well.

Also, please indicate which dates are your preference, 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Thursday of the month.

The purpose of our staffing the market is to inform people of the composting opportunity and to give out information about what can be composted. We will be provided with a table and a canopy and information. ?I hope we can count on you for help with this worthwhile project.
