Participants will learn directly from featured speakers, including Dr. Camika Royal and the Center for Black Educator Development, about issues of inequitable access to teachers of color and strategies to recruit and retain more teachers of color across the state. Registered attendees will also receive complimentary resources to participate in the event, including a thoughtfully curated book exploring highlights from RFA’s previous reports and updated analyses of teacher diversity data for the nation, state, and local levels.
