The Communist Party USA calls on all of its members, young and old, to rally around the People’s World in the final weeks of its fund drive, by signing up to join the phonathon which will be held from April 16 - 24th this month (but not Easter Sunday).

In addition to helping our newspaper achieve its fundraising goals, the phonathon is an excellent opportunity to connect with comrades all across the country, and with those People’s World helps bring together in our struggle for a better world.

The CPUSA has gained 4,000 members since August, and roughly one-third of these have paid dues. Your participation in the phonathon will also provide an opportunity for these new comrades to speak with another Communist — perhaps for the first time. It will assist our efforts to consolidate new members and raise their consciousness around the importance of contributing to the Party’s finances.

So, join with us, beginning this Saturday, in speaking one-on-one with Party members and supporters of our newspaper nationwide, learning about the issues they care about, and encouraging them to make an investment into the future of the People’s World — and theirs!
